Our podcast is based in New York and operates in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) timezone. All scheduling and communication will be coordinated according to EST.

All interviews are conducted virtually/online. Once your interview is confirmed, you will receive a link to join the interview session. This allows us to connect with guests from anywhere in the world!

The host currently uses Calendly for scheduling interviews. Once your interview is confirmed through the booking process, you will receive the interview link along with reminders leading up to your scheduled date and time.

As a guest, it is recommended that you provide 24 to 48 hours notification for any interview cancellation and/or if you need to reschedule your time and date. This allows the host to adjust their schedule accordingly and accommodate other guests.

The editing process typically takes 3-7 business days. The host and/or podcast staff will provide you with current updates regarding your podcast release date. We'll keep you informed every step of the way!
